Samsung has said that the Galaxy K zoom smartphone, which was announced back in April last year and released a couple of months later, will not be getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update. The device currently runs Android version 4.4.2 (KitKat).
@ahmetgngr13 We don’t like to be the bearer of bad news, but the Galaxy Zoom will not be receiving the Lollipop update.

The information was revealed by the UK arm of the South Korean company through a tweet (see above). However, there was no information on exactly why the update has been cancelled.
Just like the Galaxy S4 zoom - its predecessor, the Galaxy K zoom also combines a regular smartphone with the hardware of a point and shoot camera. It features a 20.7 megapixel 1/2.3 BSI CMOS sensor and a 10x, 24-240mm F3.1-6.3 zoom lens with optical image stabilization (OIS).
Other specs include an Exynos 5 Hexa SoC, a 4.8-inch, 1280x720 resolution Super AMOLED display, 2GB RAM, 8GB expandable internal memory, and a 2,430mAh battery.
